Basement items sold by the bucket. Lots of items to dig and pick through. Gloves and/or flashlight may come in handy. Fill a 5-gallon bucket (level to the top) for $20. Larger and non-bucket items priced individually. Buckets must remain on property when finished due to limited supply. Bring a box or something to dump your bucket into when you are done.

Entrance to the sale is around back. Do not use the front door. Limited parking in the back. You may also park at 155 Cecil-Henderson Road (small two-story brown house across the street).

Absolutely no early birds. Entry to property will be blocked before 9 am. No pre-sales. Questions about availability will not be answered.
